Company history
They have been serving the Inland Northwest since early of 2000. More specifically in the beautiful Palouse Region of Colfax in the heart of Whitman County. Brown Family Builders, LLC is lisenced in both Washington and Idaho. Mark and Lori Brown were married in 1994. The first of their four children was born in 1997. After framing custom homes in the Spokane Area, they decided to start their second 'family'. The company now employs four full time crew members. The employees are trained and treated like members of their family. Respected and valued as an employee is then carried though to the customer. An exciting addition to the company is Guerdon Enterprises system built homes. Guerdon Enterprises has just added them to their builder/dealer network to serve Eastern Washington and North Idaho regions.
